The Department of Communication  at The College of Eastern Utah is a part of the Division of Arts and Sciences.  The department is home to an award-winning student newspaper, The Eagle, and a campus radio station, The Edge.  The department offers a variety of courses for students majoring or minoring in communication, and offers support courses for students seeking degrees in other fields.

Students are offered an excellent faculty-to-student ratio which, coupled with the department's hands-on approach to teaching, offers an effective learning environment.  Students are also encouraged to participate in internships in their given area of study.

The department and its facilities are housed in the SAC Building.
