Friday Night Schmoozers proudly presents Victim Effect, Paxtin, and Angry Animation live in concert.  Friday, April 25.  Doors open at 7:30.  Show starts at 8.  $5 at the door.


College of Eastern Utah is granted a full-power radio station license by the Federal Communications Commission.  The department of Communication now seeking support for the construction of the station.  If you would like to help, contact Troy Hunt.


Congratulations to Ozzes Angels for their undefeated win at the Halo 3 tournament.  Second place goes to The Noobs, and third to Small Town Heroes.  More Halo tournaments to come.  Check back here for information.  Tournament Results


For the second consecutive year, College of Eastern Utah’s newspaper, The Eagle, placed first at the American Scholastic Press Association’s 2007 competition. In addition to the first place, The Eagle was given special merit for scoring 965 points out of a possible 1,000. It was the only two-year small college to receive the special merit designation.


Johathan Arriola and Lane Pell traveled to the Skills USA National Leadership Skills Conference and earned the Gold Medal in Radio (Audio) Production.  The two students qualified for the national competition by taking first place in the state.
