PSYH 1100 Human Development Across the Life span

PSYH 1210 Human relations in Business and Industry
A study of the basic psychological principles involved in human relationships and the application of them to job performance and working behavior.

PSYH 2110 Environmental Psychology
The study of human behavior in the natural environment and in the man-made environment. The examination of environmental design for living, working, and recreation. Materials will be taken from anthropology, architecture, biology, psychology and sociology. Prerequisite: PSYH 1010

PSYH 2500 Social Psychology
Social psychology is defined as the scientific study of the way individuals think, feel and behave in social situations. The course is an examination of the foundations of personality and the interplay of culture and personality as well as the behavior of groups.

PSYH 2820 Psychology of Abnormal Behavior
A bio-social approach to the study of maladaptive behavior and personality. Prerequisite: PSYH 1010 or instructor permission.

PSYH 2830 Introduction to the Analysis of Behavior
An analysis of behavior based on the principles of operant learning.

PSYH 2880 Psychology of Women
A bio-social consideration of the female life cycle, hormonal effects on behavior, theories of maternal behavior, daughter-parent relationships, sexuality, childlessness, dual-career families, gender stereotypes and violence against women.
