Each
year in the spring, the art department offers a number of departmental
scholarship awards based on talent. All students applying for
an art scholarship must submit a CEU Application for Admission
and a general Scholarship Application. Students must submit a
portfolio of actual work to the department by April 15th. If a
student is unable to make a campus visit, they will be required
to submit a slide portfolio of 10-15 examples of recent work.
Work should demonstrate competency in composition, craftsmanship
and a sketchbook if possible. All materials must be received by
March 1st unless a review has been scheduled for the Springville
Museum’s High School Portfolio Day which is held on the
first Saturday in March. To
